“This device doesn’t support eSIM”
- Cause: Device doesn’t support eSIM or is carrier locked so overseas eSIM is blocked.
- Fix: Check eSIM compatible devices. Ask carrier about overseas eSIM / unlock, then retry.
“Cannot add cellular plan” / “Cannot add profile”
- Cause: Unstable Wi‑Fi, low storage, or QR/code already used (one-time).
- Fix: Use stable Wi‑Fi, free up space, or use manual entry (SM‑DP+) if provider supports it.
“Activation failed”
- Check data roaming ON for eSIM, cellular data set to eSIM, APN if required. If plan starts “at first local connection,” wait until you’re in the destination.
