- Who can use the free esimoa VPN?
- The VPN is free while your eSIM on an unlimited plan with ₩10,000 or more paid per eSIM (after coupons and discounts) is activated and in use. Rechargeable plans keep the benefit while a package is in use.
- Can I connect the VPN on the website?
- No. The VPN runs through your phone's VPN feature, so it can't be connected from a web browser. Install the esimoa app (iOS or Android), sign in with the account you used to buy your eSIM, and connect from the VPN screen in the app.
- Which VPN server countries can I connect to?
- Choose a server country on the VPN screen in the app. You can't connect to a server in the country you are currently in — for example, you don't need a Korean VPN while you are in Korea.
- Can I get a refund after using the free VPN?
- eSIMs whose free VPN or free calls have been used can't be refunded. See the refund policy for other refund conditions.
- What data is collected when I use the VPN?
- To provide the service, the connection time, server location and usage (data transferred) are sent to esimoa servers. The sites you visit, your searches and the content of your traffic are not collected.
- How do I start using the free VPN?
- 1) Buy an unlimited-plan eSIM with ₩10,000 or more paid. 2) Install the esimoa app and sign in with the same account. 3) Activate the eSIM at your destination and tap Connect on the VPN screen in the app.
