- Who gets the 100 free call minutes?
- You get them while your eSIM on an unlimited plan with ₩10,000 or more paid per eSIM (after coupons and discounts) is activated and in use. Rechargeable plans keep the benefit while a package is in use. Free calls require verifying your phone number by text, which needs an eSIM purchase or credit top-up on your account.
- How many minutes, and which numbers can I call?
- 100 minutes per eSIM, shared between outgoing and incoming calls. Calls are free only to and from numbers in that eSIM's travel country or Korea.
- Can I make calls on the website?
- Yes. Sign in on this page, verify your phone number by text, and call from your browser (microphone permission required). Web calls use a shared caller ID, and receiving calls is available only in the esimoa app.
- What happens when the 100 free minutes run out?
- On the web you can only call from the shared caller ID, so free calling ends when the 100 minutes are used up — it does not continue on credits. Verify your own number in the esimoa app to keep calling with credits.
- Can I call other international numbers that are not free?
- Yes, you can call ordinary international numbers too. They cost extra, so charge credits first (on My Page) and then call. Rates vary by country. For countries that cost more than 50 credits per minute, check the rate in the esimoa app before calling.
- Can I get a refund after using the free calls?
- eSIMs whose free VPN or free calls have been used can't be refunded. See the refund policy for other refund conditions.
- How do I start?
- 1) Buy an unlimited-plan eSIM with ₩10,000 or more paid. 2) Activate the eSIM at your destination. 3) Sign in on this page and verify your phone number by text. 4) Enter a number in your travel country or Korea and press Call.
