What is APN?

APN = access point name used to connect to the mobile network. It varies by eSIM provider/carrier; wrong or empty APN can cause data to fail while voice may still work.

iPhone: Settings > Cellular > eSIM > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network (APN). Android: Settings > Network > SIM > Access Point Names. Enter the APN from your provider and reboot.
