Envía JSON-RPC 2.0 mediante POST. Cada solicitud se gestiona de forma independiente, sin necesidad de sesión.
Los métodos compatibles son initialize, tools/list, tools/call y ping. No se abre ningún flujo SSE, así que GET devuelve 405.
